HOW TO Bada bastu

Make sure to bring your bathing suit! They're required on all co-ed days.

STEP 1.

Take a shower; this is required. Showering helps us keep the sauna, steam and cold plunge clean. Removing makeup and strong perfumes is import for preserving the wood inside our sauna.

STEP 2.

After showering store your belongings and retreat back into the sauna lounge. Have a sauna! Hang your robe and large towel outside the sauna and steam room on your numbered hook. Use the small towel to sit on at all times during your sauna.

STEP 3.

It's time for cold! Our cooling shower is warmer than the cold plunge. It is required that you shower off here before entering the cold plunge.

STEP 4.

Relax! Lounge around, we have kombucha, tea, and sparkling water varieties for sale. Please enjoy our incredible heated furniture designed and manufactured in San Francisco by Galanter & Jones. They have mastered a radiantly heated cast stone surface that is ergonomically designed, smooth and inviting.
